Nate Carr is an accomplished design leader with extensive experience in product strategy and design. Currently serving as Design Manager at You.com since August 2023, Nate oversees a talented design team and is committed to innovation in the rapidly evolving market. Previously, Nate held roles as Lead Product Designer and Senior Product Designer at You.com, contributing to significant product improvements and team growth. As the Founder of nate from June 2021 to August 2023, Nate specialized in creating products that merge beauty with usability, leveraging a strong entrepreneurial background. Prior to that, Nate co-founded Spotlight and Trolley, both innovative startups aimed at enhancing user experience in B2B and food ordering solutions, respectively. Nate’s journey began at Davinci Labs, focusing on design for various software projects. Nate is a graduate of Brigham Young University, where relevant education took place between 2017 and 2018.
