Christopher Boeckman

Christopher Boeckman, SHRM-SCP, serves as the Director of Human Resources at Boost Engagement LLC since March 2016, effectively translating strategic business plans into human resources operations and driving company-wide initiatives. Responsibilities include aligning company goals, managing a comprehensive benefits package, overseeing employee engagement and performance management, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. In addition, Christopher has extensive experience at nine3seven media as CEO and Publisher, co-authoring a children's book, and at the YMCA of Greater Dayton, where leadership of the Health & Wellness department involved staff training and community engagement. Education includes a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Administration and ongoing pursuit of a Master’s of Science in Organizational Leadership and Development at Wright State University, along with certifications in kinesiology and exercise science.
