Wiliam Bognar

Wiliam Bognar is an experienced product leader and consultant, currently serving as Product Lead & Consultant at Wiliam's Product Agency since March 2022, where expertise is focused on assisting startups in product roadmapping and strategies, particularly within the B2B healthcare, AI, web3, and HR platform sectors. Co-founder of the edtech startup Youni Choice, Bognar has extensive experience in product management, having previously held roles such as Senior Product Manager at UiPath and Chief Product Officer at Avocatoo, the first legal tech startup in Romania. With a robust educational background including an Organizational Leadership program at Harvard Business School and degrees in Finance and Accounting, Bognar has also contributed to academia as a professor and startup community manager, facilitating skill development in Romanian entrepreneurs.
