Justin Rollins

Justin Rollins has a diverse background in support and technical roles, currently serving as a Support Specialist at Youth Guidance since October 2021. Prior experience includes positions such as Technical Support Specialist at National Louis University and Service Desk Analyst at Chicago Public Schools. Justin's early career featured roles at Year Up, where responsibilities included outreach and admissions coordination, as well as desktop support at Envoy Air and Dell, where support was provided to numerous Graphic Packaging sites. Justin's technical expertise was further demonstrated as a Desktop Analyst for Graphic Packaging International, managing software installations and help desk support for over 1000 users. Additionally, Justin has experience in maintenance roles at Pioneer Village Apartments and Pioneer Gardens SLF, showcasing a strong capacity for inventory management and facility maintenance. Justin completed education at Year Up Chicago and Kenwood Academy High School.
