Njoli Brown

Njoli Brown is an experienced facilitator and consultant dedicated to promoting restorative justice, youth development, and social-emotional well-being. Currently serving as a facilitator at the National Center for Restorative Justice and involved in the BAM program at Youth Guidance, Njoli Brown actively supports students in grades 6-12. As a stewardship council member for Youth Passageways, Njoli Brown contributes to establishing healthy transitions into adulthood for youth. Previous roles include ownership of Martial Science Macto Bicallis, LLC, assistant director positions at Frost Valley YMCA, and consulting for various organizations, including the Restorative Justice Initiative and BIWA | Emergent Equity. Njoli Brown holds a Master's degree in Education from Antioch University New England and a Bachelor's degree from Drew University.
