You Will

  • Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and drive new user acquisition in the Thai market.
  • Lead and manage end-to-end marketing campaign development, from concept through execution, across multiple channels.
  • Identify and collaborate with key influencers and bloggers to create compelling content and campaigns that resonate with the target audience.
  • Manage and optimize campaign budgets across various channels to maximize ROI and achieve acquisition and usage goals
  • Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, social, influencer, etc.) to drive user acquisition and brand awareness.
  • Lead the planning and execution of monthly spending campaigns, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery and successful outcomes.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to optimize strategies.
  • Manage in-house design and creative teams to produce high-quality campaign materials.
  • Manage and grow the influencer network, building strong relationships and negotiating mutually beneficial relationships.

You Are

  • A campaigns management expert — You have great project and time management skills, with good attention to detail. You have managed end-to-end consumer-targeted campaigns with internal and external stakeholders and should possess a minimum of 2-3  years of relevant experience.
  • Detail Oriented Multitasker —You are able to efficiently manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines. You also demonstrate high attention to detail and ensure accuracy and completeness in all tasks.
  • Excellent Communication Skills — Your written and verbal communication skills are on point, allowing you to represent YouTrip with confidence.
  • Data-driven  —  You have a detailed understanding of numerical and have the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights. have a strong awareness of emerging trends and behaviors on Thailand’s media and are able to interpret digital culture to drive business objectives.
