Zhuolu Xu

Zhuolu (Cheryl) Xu is a seasoned machine learning engineer with extensive experience in quantitative research and financial engineering. Currently employed at YouTube since July 2022, Zhuolu previously held similar roles at Alt and Pluribus Labs LLC, where responsibilities included portfolio optimization and risk analysis. Prior work includes quantitative research positions at Sentient Investment Management and a quantitative research internship at Pacific Life, focusing on trading strategies and risk metrics. Zhuolu also served as Market Risk (Modelling) Manager at CITIC Securities International and as Senior Financial Engineer at Numerix, where expertise in pricing models and client-facing consulting played a key role.
