Jeffrey Brewer

Jeffrey Brewer is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership, innovation, and organizational development. As a member of YPO since February 2014, Brewer engages with a global community of chief executives. Brewer led post-acquisition integration efforts as Divisional Vice President of Connected Systems at Abbott in 2023. Co-founding Bigfoot Biomedical in 2014, Brewer served as President and CEO, focusing on patient-centered diabetes management solutions. Previously, Brewer was President and CEO of JDRF, managing a substantial research investment program and driving a strategic shift towards translational research. As Chairman of KickStart, Brewer contributed to empowering entrepreneurs in sub-Saharan Africa. Early career achievements include co-founding and leading Overture Services, the pioneer of pay-for-click advertising, and co-founding CitySearch, which later merged with Ticketmaster. Brewer holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Southern Methodist University.
