Liz Tsai

Liz Tsai has extensive experience in various roles, including serving as HiOperator since April 2016, where the focus is on providing scalable Support as a Service through proprietary technology. Liz has also been a member of YPO since 2021 and co-founded Benevolent Technologies for Health, contributing as a board member from February 2012 to April 2017. Other roles include positions in customer success at Smarking Inc., refined metals at Trafigura, and as a business analyst at Impala Terminals, along with handling traffic operations for nonferrous metals at Trafigura. Liz has research experience from MIT Media Lab's Mediated Matter and MIT Bhatia Lab, with education from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, obtaining an S.M. in Media Arts & Sciences and an S.B. in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science & Engineering.
