Maxie Lafleur

Maxie Lafleur, CPA, currently serves as a Board Member and Assistant Learning Chair at YPO since October 2020. As the Chief Executive Officer of Bus.com from July 2019 to June 2024, Maxie led the company in providing award-winning private bus services across North America. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Investissement Québec, where involvement in the risk committee supported economic development initiatives in Quebec. Maxie's tenure at CAE spanned from October 2013 to July 2019, notably holding positions as Manager of Business Development & Strategic Partnerships and Global Head of Finance for the Civil Aviation Training Solutions division. Earlier career roles included Senior Auditor at KPMG and Staff Accountant at Collins Barrow. Maxie holds a Fintech Executive Programme certificate from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, and possesses advanced accounting degrees from Concordia University.
