Pietro MacChiarella

Pietro Macchiarella, MBA, CAE, currently serves as Director of the Center of Excellence at YPO, leading initiatives to enhance member value through strategic, data-driven decisions since August 2012. Previously, Pietro held the position of Director of Member Research at YPO, where in-depth market research and data analysis informed leadership recommendations. Prior to YPO, Pietro worked as a Research Analyst at Parks Associates, producing industry reports and forecasts in the home entertainment sector, and moderated panels at major industry events. Pietro also has extensive experience in operations and business development at TLeMAZ, AIRCOM International, and Altran, contributing to multimillion-dollar account openings and the establishment of specialized consulting divisions. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Finance from Iona University and a Laurea in Business Administration from Università Bocconi.
