Sarah Schindler

Sarah Schindler is a seasoned professional in usability and user experience design, currently serving as Usability Manager at Ypsomed AG since July 2020. Prior experience includes the role of User Experience Konzepterin at Die Schweizerische Post from May 2016 to July 2020, where Sarah focused on human-centered design, user research, evaluation, usability testing, and prototyping. Sarah has also held various trainee positions, including Project Management and Customer Experience Management, which involved project management and the conceptualization of CEM projects. Educational qualifications include a CAS in Interaction Design and a CAS in Requirements Engineering from HSR Hochschule für Technik Rapperswil, along with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Applied Psychology from the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland. Additionally, Sarah is a Certified Professional for Usability and User Experience Foundation Level.
