Yu Lup Fat Joseph

Mr. Yu Lup Fat Joseph has been an independent non-executive director of the Company since 1992. He is also an independent non-executive director of YFHL and Chong Hing Bank. Mr. Yu holds a master’s degree in applied finance from Macquarie University in Australia and a diploma of management studies from the University of Hong Kong. Mr. Yu has over 40 years of experience in investment, banking and finance.
