Jeff Belcher

Jeff Belcher has extensive experience in total rewards and compensation strategies, currently serving as VP of Total Rewards at Yum! Brands since July 2003. Throughout a progressive career at Yum! Brands, Jeff has held multiple leadership roles including Sr. Director and Director in various compensation and HR capacities, where responsibilities included global executive compensation, benefits, and wellness initiatives. Prior experience includes roles at Lexmark as Compensation Team Leader and at Mercer as a Compensation Consultant. Jeff holds an MBA from the University of Louisville and a BS in Mathematics from Bellarmine University.
