Ben Kennedy

Ben Kennedy currently serves as the Director of Facilities at YWCA Metropolitan Chicago since September 2023. Previous roles include Building Manager at JLL from October 2021 to July 2023 and Facilities Engineering Manager at SodexoMAGIC from April 2021 to September 2021. Ben's experience encompasses positions such as Community Manager at RMK Management Corporation, Portfolio Manager at Laramar Group, and Assistant Community Manager at RMK Management Corporation. Ben also held the role of Multi Site Leasing Manager at Greystar and Training Server at Bubba Gump Shrimp Co., focusing on enhancing customer dining experiences. Earlier in the career, Ben worked as a Leasing Specialist for Stellar Management and Waterton Associates. Ben obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theatre from Arizona State University between 2001 and 2005.
