Connor Ducey

Connor Ducey, CPA, currently serves as Controller at Z3 Real Estate since February 2022, overseeing the delivery of over 250 property financials monthly and managing cash flow for property bank accounts in accordance with GAAP. Prior to this role, Connor worked at Atchley & Associates, LLP from June 2015 to January 2022, where positions included Audit Manager and Audit Senior, during which financial audits, reviews, and 401k audits were conducted, and financial statements prepared and presented to boards of directors. Earlier career experience includes an Assurance Intern position at McGladrey and an Accounting Intern role at Flatirons Resources LLC, along with work as a Lawn Maintenance Foreman at Green Touch Inc. Connor holds a Master's degree in Accounting from the University of Colorado Boulder and studied at Drake University.
