Zeinab Haidar

Zeinab Haidar is an accomplished operations manager with extensive experience in enhancing customer relations and operational efficiency at ZADD since January 2020, maintaining a customer satisfaction rate of 95%. Previously, Zeinab served as an integration engineer at Ericsson, where responsibilities included integrating customer network solutions and providing deployment support. Additional experience includes an internship at Middle East Airlines Air Liban, where foundational knowledge of aircraft systems was gained, and co-founding ZOA Online Auction. Zeinab holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the American University of Beirut.
