Alejandra Molano

Alejandra Molano is a Senior DesignOps Manager at Zalando, where responsibilities involve talent growth, acquisition, professional development, and employer branding within the Digital Experience Product Design Team since February 2022. Previously, at Huge from April 2017 to November 2021, Alejandra served as DesignOps Lead, optimizing processes and enhancing team morale for a large Experience Design team in Colombia, and as Visual Design Lead for projects involving Google’s user experience. Alejandra has also worked with Tambourine as a Senior UX/UI Designer and started the career in UX design with positions at Mottif and ZemoGA, Inc. Alejandra holds a BA in Graphic Design from Universidad Jorge Tadeo Lozano, completed in 2009.
