Howard Cohen

Howard Cohen is the CEO and 3rd generation leader of Daycon Products Company, Inc. and has over 30 years of experience in the Jan San Industry. Founded in 1942, Daycon is one of the nation's leading and most innovative independent distributors of cleaning and maintenance supplies as well as hardware products and inventory solutions to key markets such as building service contractors, schools and universities, commercial office buildings, stadiums, as well as multi-family housing communities. In addition, the company is proud to be a leading provider of sustainable cleaning solutions. In 2005, Daycon founded the Building Wellness Institute to provide Green Seal accredited training and sustainability consulting to like-minded, environmentally-focused clients. In addition, he oversees the leadership of New Dawn Manufacturing, a leading, ISO 9001:2015 certified manufacturer of cleaning chemicals, based in Upper Marlboro, MD.

Howard holds a bachelor's degree in Marketing & Finance from Boston University School of Managment. He lives in Montgomery County, MD and remains active in many business related and charitable boards in the community. Howard and his wife Hanna have been married for over 27 years and are blessed with three wonderful children Samantha, Ryann and Cole.
