Olayinka Osibodu

Olayinka Osibodu is a dedicated entrepreneur and advocate focused on decreasing the racial wealth gap in America through their work at Olayinka Wealth Equity Strategists (OWES), which provides advising and training to businesses and leaders. In addition to founding OWES, Olayinka serves as a Facilitator at RARE Coaching & Consulting LLC, a Director at Zane Venture Fund's Business & Startup Program, and a Director of Development at RUNWAY, a financial innovation firm. Previous experience includes leadership roles at Common Future, Melanin Essentials, Dismantle Collective, and ATTOLLO PREP, with a strong emphasis on social entrepreneurship, community wealth building, and DEIB initiatives. Olayinka's early career included congressional work focused on community wealth development, complemented by a background in sociology and American government from Millersville University of Pennsylvania.
