To help people make these changes, Zarvana employs the leading model for online behavior change used in other fields, which combines interactive lessons, data tracking, 1-on-1 coaching, and peer groups. The Zarvana Diagnostic assesses people's behaviors against our database of 200 productivity obstacles and counting to identify the obstacle that, if conquered, would save each person the most time - and then matches them to our database of solutions.

At Zarvana, we care about helping our clients make real changes to their habits that lead to real improvements in their productivity and sustainability - and we care about the city where we live: Redding, California.
