Petr Havelka

Petr Havelka is a board member at ŽĎAS. Petr previously worked as the director of the Personnel and Administration Department at ZVU STROJÍRNY from November 2015 to April 2017. In this role, they were responsible for the personnel department, payroll office, IT department (12 subordinates), and security of the premises. Petr also reported to the general manager and board of directors.

From September 2011 to May 2015, Havelka worked as the HR Director at C.S.CARGO. In this role, they created the HR strategy in line with the goals of the organization. Petr was also responsible for the recruitment process, setting up a system of incentives, KPIs, motivational criteria, and monitoring compliance with motivation rules. Furthermore, they oversaw the training of employees and managed the payroll and health and safety procedures.

Petr Havelka has a certificate in Special Education and Teaching from Palacký University in Olomouc and a Master's degree from Masaryk University Brno.
