Kristian Grimes

Kristian Grimes is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and compliance. Currently serving as Director and Associate General Counsel for Poly's operations in EMEA and the global Software and Services division at HP since November 2022, Kristian previously held the position of Associate General Counsel at Poly from June 2019. Additional roles include Lead Counsel at Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water, Head of Legal and Compliance at Nokia, and Senior Legal Counsel for various divisions at Nokia. Kristian began the legal career as a Trainee Solicitor and Solicitor at Eversheds, eventually holding senior positions at firms such as Shoosmiths, Blake Lapthorn, and Airbus Defence and Space Limited. Kristian earned a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Cardiff University and a Legal Practice Course degree from Cardiff Law School.
