Lard De Vries has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Manager of HR Development & Change at Zeeman textielSupers since June 2017, where responsibilities include overseeing HR within the Service Office and Supply Chain and acting as a Strategic Business Partner for the Management Team. Previous roles include Head of HR for both the Service Office and the Benelux region at Zeeman, as well as HR Management positions at Mexx, Crocs Europe, and Deloitte & Touche. Lard De Vries holds an HBO degree in HR from De Haagse Hogeschool and a certificate in Finance for non-Financials from NCOI.
