The Engineering team at ZefSci Inc. is responsible for delivering comprehensive technical support and solutions for a range of high-end LCMS instrumentation. This includes performing repairs, conducting preventive maintenance, and managing service contracts for HPLC/UPLC, LCMS, TOF, and Orbitrap instruments. Additionally, the team is involved in instrument compliance and qualification, ensuring that all systems meet industry standards. They also provide authorized service for Shimadzu Scientific products, EMSion ECD technology, and Evosep systems, and support the distribution of the V-KIT product in North America.
