Robert Sullivan

Robert Sullivan has extensive experience in the automotive service industry, currently serving as Service Director at Zeigler Automotive Group since April 2022. Prior to this role, Robert held various positions at Mercedes-Benz of Hoffman Estates from July 2003 to June 2022, including Service Director and Commercial Vehicle Service Manager, where oversight of fixed operations and management of personnel were key responsibilities. Robert began their career in the automotive field as a Mercedes-Benz Technician at Motor Werks of Barrington from 1993 to 2003, earning recognition as a two-time recipient of the Master Guild Award. Robert's earlier experience includes a military career in the US Navy from July 1987 to July 1993, where notable achievements included leadership roles and commendations for technical and administrative excellence.
