Paula Hicks

Paula Hicks is an experienced consulting professional with a diverse background in payroll management and engagement direction. Currently serving as Consulting Engagement Director at Zellis since April 2022, Paula previously held the roles of Consulting Engagement Manager and Consultant at Deloitte UK from January 2020 to April 2022. Prior to that, Paula worked at SD Worx UK & Ireland as a Senior Consultant from July 2016 to January 2020, and at Ceridian in various capacities, including Senior Consultant and Operations Team Manager, from October 2000 to January 2020. Paula’s career began as a Payroll Administrator at Warrington Borough Council and IKEA Group from 1997 to 2000. Paula holds a Foundation Degree in Payroll Management from the University of Worcester, completed in 2010.
