Kathleen Price is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in acquisitions, financial management, and venture capital. As the Director of Acquisitions at Zeman Homes, Inc. since December 2010, Kathleen oversees complex transactions from origination through closing for a leading manufactured home and recreational vehicle community developer. Previous roles include CFO at Kenneth James Builders, where financial operations were expertly managed across multiple real estate development companies, and Managing Director at Next Frontier Capital, focusing on private equity investment in underrepresented businesses.
