Jacob Gray

Jacob Gray is a seasoned professional in program design and implementation, with extensive experience supporting USAID and its various missions and bureaus. Currently serving as a Senior Program Design and Implementation Specialist at ZemiTek, Jacob focuses on advancing locally-led development principles within project frameworks. Previous roles include significant positions at Environmental Incentives, LLC, and Dexis Consulting Group, where Jacob specialized in monitoring, evaluation, learning, and organizational development. With a robust background in capacity development and systems approaches, Jacob has contributed to major projects across various organizations, including ACDI/VOCA and Winrock International. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Development Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Molecular and Cellular Biology from American University and the University of Arizona, respectively.
