Ram Naidu currently serves as Vice President of Solutions Consulting for Zendesk, having progressed to this role by expanding the Enterprise solution consulting team across North America. Previously, Ram Naidu worked at Salesforce for nearly a decade, where the individual held various positions including Lead Enterprise Architect and Senior Enterprise Field Solutions Engineer, consistently achieving recognition as a Peak Performer. Ram Naidu's early career includes roles in financial risk management at Prudent Prime AC and active participation in alumni relations for Lambda Chi Alpha Fraternity. Ram Naidu holds a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Western University.
