Sergiu Birca

Sergiu Birca is an experienced professional in the field of technology and customer engagement, currently serving as the Enterprise Engagement Leader for EMEA at Zendesk since January 2014. With a diverse career that includes roles such as Engagement Manager and Senior Services Consultant, Sergiu has a strong background in providing exceptional support and troubleshooting for clients. Prior experience includes working as an IT Applications Administrator at Close Brothers, a Technical Support Consultant at GGP Systems Ltd, and an RN Planning, Optimisation & Performance Engineer at Moldcell Moldova. Sergiu's educational background includes a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Birmingham and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences from the Military Technical Academy in Bucharest. Additionally, Sergiu has received a Certificate of Appreciation from NATO for contributions to the PfP Combined Endeavor 2007.
