Renata Arbex de Paiva

Renata Arbex de Paiva is a clinical psychologist with extensive experience in human resources and education. Currently serving as a clinical psychologist at Zenklub since December 2019, Renata has also held roles in consulting and people management at Mary Kay since December 2012. Renata's background includes positions as a professor, supervisor, and coordinator at Anhanguera Educacional S.A. from September 2009 to January 2017, as well as senior and mid-level HR analyst roles at Valeo and Continental, and a human resources analyst position at Coca-Cola FEMSA. Renata holds an MBA in People Management from Anhanguera Educacional and an HR Specialist degree from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Campinas, complemented by a degree in psychology from Centro Universitário Padre Anchieta.
