Rebecca Clifford

Rebecca Clifford serves as the People & Talent Director at Zenzero since August 2024. Prior to this role, Rebecca held various positions at Improbable from January 2020 to August 2024, including Director of Culture & Engagement and People Partner, overseeing internal communications, project management within the People division, and executive hiring. Rebecca also led executive-level recruitment at King from June 2016 to January 2020 and worked as a Research Consultant at Leathwaite, focusing on technology leadership roles for financial services clients from June 2014 to May 2016. Earlier experience includes a Senior Associate role at Wilton & Bain, specializing in executive search within the technology and consultancy sectors. Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the University of Birmingham.
