Cole Stites-Clayton is an experienced project leader and engineer with a diverse background in environmental and software engineering. Currently serving as Project Co-Lead and Lead Engineer at Zero Me since September 2024, Cole has successfully initiated a capstone project during the Climatebase Accelerator Cohort 6, leading a team of over 20 fellows in developing an MVP using advanced technologies. Previous roles include founder of zero: carbon agent, which focuses on AI-driven carbon offset solutions, and Co-founder & CTO at SHYFT Power Solutions, where Cole led the technology development for products in the Nigerian market. With a Master's degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering and a BS in Cell/Cellular and Molecular Biology from Stanford University, Cole has also contributed to various research projects, including experiences at prestigious institutions like Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution and ETH Zurich.
