Erinn Havig

Erinn Havig is a seasoned professional in child welfare and family support services with comprehensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a State Innovation Specialist at ZERO TO THREE and as the Primary and Community Prevention Lead at the Washington State Department of Children, Youth & Families, Erinn has a strong background in program management and advocacy. Previous roles include faculty positions at Eastern Washington University, management analyst at the Washington State Department of Early Learning, and elementary school counselor with a focus on social work and trauma-informed practices. Erinn's educational background includes a Master of Social Work from Portland State University and dual bachelor's degrees in Psychology and Sociology from Washington State University.
