Ted Rodney

Ted Rodney currently serves as the Manager of Technical Services at ZeroTek since July 2024. Previously, Ted worked at Flexera as a Senior Technical Coach, focusing on the technical enablement of a global support team. While at Snow Software, Ted led a global technical support team for Cloud Management and FinOps products, providing support to notable clients, including NASA and Boston Consulting Group. As a co-founder and Vice President of Cardsphere Inc., Ted developed a SaaS platform for collectible cards and managed various business aspects. Additional roles include supporting customers at Privacy Analytics, providing technical support to government users at Beyond 20/20 Inc., and establishing customer support processes at Embotics Corporation. Ted's technical and customer service expertise further includes experience as a Customer Experience Lead and Technical Writer at Level Platforms, and a Customer Provisioning Representative at Primus Telecommunications Group. Ted holds a Network Administrator Diploma from CDI College.
