Shawn Messinger

Shawn Messinger is an experienced project manager with a strong background in public safety communications and law enforcement. Currently serving at Zetron since September 2018, Shawn has previously held key positions, including Senior Consultant at Matrix Consulting Group and 911 Project Manager for the Utah Communications Authority 911 Division. Shawn's extensive experience includes managing structured call-taking systems in public safety communication centers, directing a multi-jurisdictional SWAT team, and overseeing technology implementations such as CAD and RMS systems. Shawn began a career in law enforcement as a Patrol Officer at Omak Police Department and progressed through various roles, including Chief Special Operations Deputy at Okanogan County Sheriff's Office. Shawn holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from Eastern Washington University.
