Hemant Disale

Hemant Disale, PMP, has extensive experience in program purchasing and project management. Currently at ZF Group since December 2017, responsibilities include coordinating engineering projects across global teams. Previous positions include a summer internship as a consultant at Schneider Electric, where financial analyses for solar microgrid projects were conducted, and a senior engineer/project lead role at ZF Group, focused on value analysis and cost reduction. Hemant has also participated in an international postgraduate trainee program at ZF Group, enhancing global collaboration skills. Hemant holds a Master’s Degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Production Engineering from Vishwakarma Institute Of Technology, along with a Diploma in Production Technology from AISSMS's College of Polytechnic.
