Chad Himel

Chad Himel is a seasoned finance professional currently serving as Managing Director and Director at Ziegler since November 2014, where investment banking services are provided to not-for-profit senior living providers in the Northeastern US, along with assistance in securing FHA-insured loans for various types of properties nationwide. Prior experience includes roles as Director of FHA Originations at Prudential Mortgage Capital Company, where loans for healthcare and multifamily properties were originated, and Senior Vice President positions at both Sims Mortgage Funding, Inc. and Herbert J. Sims & Co. Chad began a career in finance as an Associate at Greenwich Partners. Educational background includes an MBA in Finance from Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College and a BA in History from Louisiana State University.
