Clancy Cross

Clancy Cross is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in outreach, education, and financial services. As a Board Member at Cleft since 2012, Clancy supports youth engagement initiatives for middle and high school students. In tandem, Clancy serves as a Strategic Partner with Ziglar Legacy Certified, promoting empowerment through Zig Ziglar's values. Clancy founded CrossAbilities!, focusing on personal and professional development through various programs. Previous roles include Partner/Managing Director at Development Beyond Learning, Financial Representative at Thrivent Financial for Lutherans, and Senior Research Systems Analyst at the University of Dayton Research Institute, where Clancy developed expertise in software and database solutions.
