Russell Kaiser RN, MSN currently serves as the Chief Nursing Officer at The Colony ER Hospital since February 2018, while also fulfilling the role of Brand Ambassador for Zilis LLC since June 2019. Previous experience includes positions as a Registered Nurse and House Supervisor at Adeptus Health, Registered Nurse and Emergency Preparedness Manager at Texas Emergency Care Center, and Director of Preparedness at South East Texas Regional Advisory Council, among others. Russell Kaiser holds a Master of Science in Health Care Administration/Management from Texas Tech University and a Bachelor of Science in Registered Nursing from Sam Houston State University, along with multiple associate degrees in Computer Science and Registered Nursing. Military service includes the role of MAA in both the US Navy and US Navy Reserve.
