Bhavesh Malekar

Bhavesh Malekar, PMP®, is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in sourcing and manufacturing, currently holding the position of Project Manager for Sourcing Global OSP at Zimmer Biomet since March 2015. With a strong background in quality and continuous improvement engineering, Bhavesh has led significant projects that have mitigated supply risks through effective sterilization process transfers and implemented Six Sigma initiatives resulting in substantial cost savings. Previous roles at Morgan Corporation and Phoenix Contact USA included supervising quality inspections and improving production processes, showcasing expertise in Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
