Josh Smith

Josh Smith is a seasoned entrepreneur and investor, currently serving as Co-founder and CEO of VRGL since 2021, and as a Board Member at Stix Golf Co and Zippy. Josh leads Series Seed investments in Stix Golf, a rapidly growing direct-to-consumer golf brand, and Zippy MH, a fintech company. Smith's previous experience includes co-founding Solovis, where Josh held the CEO position until 2021, and serving on the advisory board for Aumni, which specializes in data and analytics for private capital markets. Additional roles include Board Member at Bridge Financial Technology and Managing Director at CTO3, LLC, alongside foundational positions at Investure and RBC Royal Bank. Smith holds a BS in Business Management with a focus on Finance and Marketing from Georgia Tech Scheller College of Business.
