Ozgur Baris Hazir

Ozgur Baris Hazir is an experienced Agile Business Analyst Lead and Team Coach at Ziraat Teknoloji, contributing since September 2013. Key achievements include implementing Agile practices for the Cash Management department, leading a significant project to transform user screens from Windows Forms to Typescript-based Web Forms, and enhancing the Direct Collection System to increase revenue substantially.
