Jane Blackburn

Jane Blackburn is an experienced financial services professional with a strong background in compliance and regulatory oversight. Currently serving as the Managing Director and Global Head of Compliance and FCC Assurance at Standard Chartered Bank, Jane has held key positions including Non Executive Director at Zodia Custody and Managing Director, Global Head of Compliance Assurance at Barclays. Previous roles include Head of Supervisory Oversight Function at the Prudential Regulation Authority, Bank of England, and leadership positions at the Financial Services Authority.
