Pam Cebulski

Pam Cebulski is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in marketing and strategic leadership within the healthcare and biotechnology sectors. Currently serving as the US Portfolio & Revenue Head for Dermatology at Zoetis since April 2024, Cebulski previously held the position of General Manager at PanTheryx, Inc., where a transformation of the consumer retail business resulted in over 15% EBITDA growth year over year. Prior experience includes serving as SVP of Marketing at Synergy Pharmaceuticals, where the successful launch of TRULANCE® exceeded sales forecasts, and multiple leadership roles at Johnson & Johnson, contributing to significant growth across various pharmaceutical franchises. Cebulski holds an MBA in Marketing from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management, a B.S. in Business Administration from American University, and has completed a Leadership Program at Harvard University.
