Carlos Motta Garibaldi

Carlos Motta Garibaldi possesses extensive experience in legal affairs, currently serving as Jefe del Departamento Jurídico at Zonamerica since January 2009, where responsibilities include contract preparation and negotiation with clients. Previously, Carlos held roles as Coordinador and Asistente Técnico in the same department. Prior to Zonamerica, Carlos worked at Estudio Jurídico Benavides - Fernández from July 2005 to December 2008 as Procurador, focusing on legal advice in succession and family law. Carlos holds a law degree from Universidad de la República, a Master's in International Corporate Law from OBS Business School, and a postgraduate degree in International Taxation from Universidad de Montevideo.
