Justin Lajoie

Justin LaJoie is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in product, engineering, and technology within the real estate sector. Currently serving as EVP of Consumer Product and Engineering at Zonda, Justin oversees product development and performance marketing for platforms such as NewHomeSource.com and Livabl. Previous roles include EVP & GM of Zonda Listings and Livabl.com, CEO of What’s Next during a career break, and VP of Product & Engineering at Zillow, where Justin played a key role in launching Zillow Offers and enhancing home search experiences for millennials. As the founder and CEO of Diverse Solutions, Justin successfully led the company until its acquisition by Zillow. Earlier experiences include leadership roles in IT and software engineering at Advanced Access and technology management at Heavenly Sleep Shop. Justin holds a Bachelor of Technology degree from Marymount California University and American InterContinental University.
