Shaun McCutcheon

Shaun McCutcheon is a seasoned real estate consultant with extensive experience in market analysis and feasibility studies for residential and commercial developments. Currently serving as Vice President of Advisory at Zonda since May 2013, Shaun leads consulting engagements primarily in the Southeastern United States, while also demonstrating expertise across various land uses nationwide. Previous roles include Senior Manager at John Burns Real Estate Consulting, where Shaun focused on real estate market feasibility and distressed portfolio valuation, and Senior Analyst at Sullivan Group, conducting strategic planning for homebuilders and developers in multiple states and Mexico. Shaun's foundational experience includes work as a Senior Associate at London Group Realty Advisors, providing crucial market research and financial feasibility analysis for diverse projects, and as an Assistant Language Teacher in Japan. Shaun holds a BA in Economics with an emphasis in Urban Studies and Planning from UC San Diego.
