Stefan Greiner

Stefan Greiner is a seasoned professional in the advisory and real estate sectors, currently serving as the Director of Advisory at Zonda since January 2022, where responsibilities include interpreting data and evaluating opportunities for informed decision-making. Previously, Stefan held the position of Manager in the Advisory division at Zonda Urban, focusing on providing tools and intelligence for real estate stakeholders in British Columbia, Alberta, and Ontario. As Managing Director of Plan X Ventures Inc. since January 2015, expertise is applied in efficiency consultation, delivering peer reviews and design solutions that enhance profitability for clients. Stefan’s prior experience includes serving as Director of Business Development at Plan X Architecture Inc. from 2007 to 2014. Educational qualifications include a Real Estate Trading Services License from UBC Sauder School of Business, and associate degrees in Leadership and Marketing Management from the British Columbia Institute of Technology.
